The available interaction datasets are
omnipath.constants.InteractionDataset.- Parameters:

Union[str,InteractionDataset,Sequence[str],Sequence[InteractionDataset],None]) – Interactions datasets to include from the [OmniPath] database. If None, include everything.exclude (
Union[str,InteractionDataset,Sequence[str],Sequence[InteractionDataset],None]) – Interaction datasets to exclude from the [OmniPath] database. If None, don’t exclude anything.kwargs – Additional query parameters.
